About Croik! Okay, so you want to know More about me, huh? ^o^ Well, I'm Croik and this is my domain, Tole's Crystal (spawned from Croik's Blue Padded Room). Everything you find here is the result of what too much anime, RPGs, and a lot of daydreaming will do you you ^_~. But this is the section about me! I'm a female college graduate with a major in East Asian Studies (specializing in Japanese, which I studied for eight years). I've been watching Anime for about ten years now, and playing video games maybe a little longer (though I only got into RPGs with the release of Chrono Trigger). I mostly watch Shonen anime and play action games these days, but I'm game for anything ^^. Especially when it comes to Bishonen. Favorite Anime (in no real order): One Piece, Gantz, s.CRY.ed, Wolf's Rain, Rurouni Kenshin, Escaflowne, Trigun, Slayers, Hellsing, Gundam Wing, X, Yami no Matsuei, Ai No Kusabi, Generator Gawl, //.hack.sign, Gravitation...I could go on forever. Favorite Games (again, in no order): Final Fantasies 4-10, FFTactics, Vagrant Story, Devil May Cry, Onimusha, Super Smash Bros/Melee, Legend of Zelda, Guilty Gear series, Bust a Move 4, Metal Gear Solid 1-3, Guity Gear, Gungrave, Samurai Warriors, WWE Smackdown: Shut Your Mouth! By the way, I found that I have discovered the meaning of life. It's potato. Yup, that's right, potato. And it is as simple as it sounds. In fact, I'm fighting to make the world a more meaningful place by learning to say "I like potatoes" in as many languages possible. So if you speak another language that isn't listed below, share!

Akurossu What is "croik" anyway? Croik is a word I made up in middle school. Back then I usually had at least one word that followed me throughout the year and I would say all the time about anything. In sixth grade, everyone was a "bum." And in seventh, it was always, "egad!". Well, in eighth grade I came up with Croik, kind of like a dinosaur sound or something weird like that which displays my middle-school-kid mentality at the time ^o^. In any case it stuck with me, and now I apply it to most things. Most of all, though, Croik is the name I've given to mean Creative Inspiration. It's the kind of feeling you get when you just *have* to make something, even if you don't know what or how or why. So kind of like a muse, if you want. And since I absolutely love to create stuff, be it fics, videos, essays, or really bad doodles, "Croik" is also an important part of my life. And That's Croik ^o^. Who is Tole?
Only bits and pieces of Tole's story is actually written. I've decided that I am in fact bold enough to try and remove Tole and his friends from the Final Fantasy universe and give him his own, separate existence. Not sure how far I'll get, but my plan is to make him a fully functioning original story (and not get sued). Wish me luck! ANYWAY, I like Tole too much to part with him, and he's my favorite of the original characters I've created. He's a sweetheart, usually shy but eager to please and very world-wise. But he's had a hard time, which tends to make him a bit selfish. His specialty is earth-making, and--most importantly--he's narcoleptic. Poor little fellow'll fall asleep anywhere. And that's Tole! The other critters running around my page are all from Tole's Crystal. Since the story was originally based on FFI, there are, of course, the four Light Warriors (all with 4 letter names *heh*), which I changed to Crystal Warriors and a Princess, but...no Garland. Kudos to whoever can figure out which of the pictured characters is his lover ^_~.

sections) is done by my partner in crime (and co-creator of Tole's
